1. How do I place an order?

Placing an order on is simple:
     a. Add the product(s) of your choice in the cart and proceed to check out. You may login to your account or proceed as a Guest.
     b. Enter your details (Name, Email, Address, nearest landmark and your contact number.
     c. Continue to review the selected item(s) and address and your contact details.
     d. Proceed to payment. Please note for now we offer Cash on Delivery only. You may also pay via Easy Paisa in advance.
     e. Complete your order. You will receive an Email confirmation instantly.

2. What happens after I place an order?

We initiate the processing of your order as soon as we receive it. We will call you (on the number provided while placing the order) during our working hours (11AM - 7PM) to confirm your order and verify the details you have provided during checkout.
The shippment is sent soon after order confirmation by call. We will provide you the shippment number for you to track your order.

3.How long does it take to receive the order?

Most of the orders are delivered within 5-7 working days after the order placing date.

4. I have not received the order confirmation email.

The email is generated as soon as the order is placed, which may take few minutes to get into your inbox. Occasionally the email may land in your SPAM folder. If the email is received in your SPAM box please mark it as "Not Spam" so may receive our future email directly to your inbox.

5. I have not received the order confirmation call.

We call our customer usually the same day the order is placed during our working hours (11AM-7PM). If you did not receive our call on the day of your order. Please wait for the next day.

6. How do I cancel an order?

a. If you wish to cancel the order before it has been confirmed, you may inform us once we call you for confirmation.
b. If you wish to cancel the order after it has been confirmed, you may do so by sending us an email to, providing the order number and your details.

7. How do I track an order?

a. If you have placed your order as Registered user, you can track your order in the Order Details under My Account link.
b. If you have placed your order as Guest you can track your order using Track Order link.

8. Do you provide Courier Tracking Number?

Yes, we will provide you the Courier Tracking Number once your item has been shipped. We will also provide you a link where you can track your order. The tracking number is sent to you via email.

9. Do you have a physical store?

Yes we do have a physical store in Karachi. Please note that products available online may not may not be available at our physical store.
